Cancellation Policy

72 hours prior = full refund
Less than 72 hours or no-show = 1 night stay and deposit
Online web reservation-cancellation fee an extra $7 on top of standard cancellation amount

Guest Policies

• Please observe our stop sign and 5 MPH speed limit on park roadways.
• Please DO NOT park, drive or cut corners on the grass.
• Do not park in or drive through unoccupied sites.
• Visitor parking is available at the office building. No parking on the roadways.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm. to 7 am. Visitors must leave by 10 pm. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
• Each paid overnight stay includes 2 adults and 2 minor children. Children 3 and under are free. Additional guests will be charged at current rate.
• All overnight fees are to be paid in advance.
• No refunds or rain checks allowed.
• Only one RV and one vehicle allowed per site.
• An airtight sewer boot is required.
• Hydrants must be in the full on position.
• Mats, carpets or boards are not allowed on grass.
• Washing of vehicles or RV is not allowed.
• Checkout is 11:00 am. Please verify at office for late checkout.
• Smoking or pets are not allowed in the office, meeting room, restrooms, laundry room, or near the playground.
• Cigarette and cigar butts are considered litter. Please dispose of them accordingly. Fire pits are not considered ashtrays.
• Please tie all bags before placing them in the dumpster northwest of the building. Recycle bins are available near the dumpster.
• Pets (and their responsible owners) are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. ALL ANIMAL WASTE must be picked up immediately and disposed of. An adult must be holding the leash and in control of the animal when outside. Do NOT leave pets unattended. Pets must be inside an enclosed RV at night. Management reserves the right to limit size, aggressive breeds and quantity of pets. (2 pet limit)
• The laundry is for our registered guests and is available 24 hours/7 days a week. Hand washing laundry or dishes is not allowed in the laundry room or restrooms. Hanging out laundry is not permitted.
• The use of generators, firearms, or fireworks is not permitted.
• Campfires are permitted in provided fire rings or portable fire pits only. Firewood origin must be declared upon check in. Do not move fire rings. (select sites)
• It is the responsibility of our guests to see that their visitors abide by the park policies. This is not the responsibility of the management or the camp host.

This is private property. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all our guests and their visitors. Violation of the above policies or general antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in you being asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to enforce our policies and the right to refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted, NO REFUND.
